Bernice King, daughter of MLK and Coretta King, recently posted on her Facebook page some wise words of wisdom for Americans to deal with Trump in 10 steps and take back a democratic government. We thought the words of advice from a King so fabulous that you could actually use them to deal with any bully, mean person, office joker or just general pest in your life.
You can substitute the toupee’d one for anyone who gets under your skin and it’s just some of the best advice you’ll come across.

Don’t use his name; EVER
Remember this is a regime and he’s not acting alone
Do not argue with those who support him–it doesn’t work
Focus on his policies, not his orange-ness and mental state
Keep your message positive; they want the country to be angry and fearful because this is the soil from which their darkest policies will grow
No more helpless/hopeless talk
Support artists and the arts
Be careful not to spread fake news. Check it
Take care of yourselves
And Resist!
Try it when you are thinking of a premium ass hole you have to endure. Change regime to the place you find the ass hole, policies to decisions, country to company, fake news to rumours and you are all good!
