That’s right, KFC in what was a social media stunt so to speak in New Zealand released a special, limited edition fried chicken scented candle. Just image that for a moment. Your house has the aroma of greasy, salty fried chicken? All you had to do was enter a competition and suggest other wacky merchandise KFC could create for their customers.
You can of course imaging what some of the 15,000 entrants suggested. Lots of edible things to put on your body and lotions and potions. The winner suggested a KFC stamp claiming ‘the colonel always delivers’ which you could argue was kind of a yawn. They have launched the scented candle before in different places.
